Wrong size, not the right colour – whatever it is, we are happy to help you find the right pair.
Return unused items in their original condition up to 30 days after receiving your order. If the fit is not right, we’ll gladly exchange your purchase for another size or design of the same value. Please make sure the shoes are in original unworn condition, and the box is intact.
The value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a new item, the value of the item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed.
While we are able to significantly cut down emissions by building our shoes from recycled materials and using sustainable processes, we are purchasing carbon offsets to neutralise more emissions from the environment than we create in our operations. From day one, we’re committed to being carbon neutral to help offset our environmental impact.
