Returns

Wrong size, not the right colour – whatever it is, we are happy to help you find the right pair.

Return unused items in their original condition up to 30 days after receiving your order. If the fit is not right, we’ll gladly exchange your purchase for another size or design of the same value. Please make sure the shoes are in original unworn condition, and the box is intact.

Please email us at info@lemonadefootwear.com.au telling us your name, contact details and reason for the return. We will be in contact shortly.

  • The value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice.
  • If you are exchanging for a new item, the value of the item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed.
  • We must receive the items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The cost of returning an item for refund or exchange is at your expense.
  • If a refund is made, it will be processed via the same method of payment used for purchasing, less the shipping cost.
  • All items must be returned in their packaging in perfect condition.

Items purchased from a Lemonade stockist

Products purchased through our stockists, adhere to the individual stockists policy and as such, purchased products can only be returned to the original place of purchase.

 

Faulty Goods

We design and make our products with great care. All items are checked before sending, however in the remote event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@lemonadefootwear.com.au, describe the fault, attach photos showing the problem and include your contact details.
